| What I wanted to let everyone know was that Suzanne and I had a great time on our whirlwind tour of the Maritimes which ended lasted Monday. Last Tuesday morning my PC and 12 hours later my laptop suffered a Blue Screen of Death event. I have recovered both HD’s but it leaves me with the chore of getting all the friggin hours of MS updates loaded, peripherals working, drives loaded etc etc. I have also spent a few hours doing backups of data I thought I lost. So I guess all is well that started badly and after a week in computer hell all seems to be back up and running. I really have no idea what happened. Suzanne would not let me near her laptop being under the impression that such crashes are some how my fault and even being in the proximity of hers endangered it. lol Then again she may be right! Later all | |

| Saturdays RCLMS race is not going to happen, I decided to drop it in agreement with Ricardo. Though Race Connect must have removed this series a few days ago - no place to see where you can sign up for it. | |

| just as well. I think I checked a few days ago and there were only 3 cars signed up.
RC really shot themselves in the foot on this one, apart from all the sillyness supplied by the 'pubbers'
onward and upward I say... |

| That was good training for me even if I didn't race a k-lick. I signed up for the RCGT Pro series GT2 at Assen this Sunday. Any other takers? I will still be driving the Ford in the CMS LMS series with the Texans for a few more months, Laguna Seca is Thursday. The Cork Screw is crazy. Should be fun as long as some LMP2 crazed red neck doesn't chop me down in my prime. lol  | |

| Hi all Hey Marcel I am hoping you have a better setup than the one I am using and are willing to share. I seem to have the car drifting all over the track and especially in the high speed turns. I realize that to stay on track at Monza I have to keep my foot in it but if I am forced to lift because of traffic the car becomes a drifter. I raced at Laguna Seca with Champion-Motorsports last Thursday and had a bad time. It is a busy track with few straights and too few passing areas for what amounts to amateurs LMS drivers on a small twisty track. When entering the cork screw you were either having an accident, about to enter one or just noticing one behind you as you exited it. I am sure we all did our best but there was a lot of contact and pit stops to repair the bend bits. Best I can say, I did pass the finish line on 4 wheels at the end. Are we still entered in the team competition as WCC? Any other members of WCC racing? See ya at Monza

I'm almost sure I have this old setup of Monza from the RCLMS race somewhere. I will look for it and let you know. I can imagine that Laguna Seca needs a very disciplined approach by all the drivers to get around safely. And yes the cork screw can really screw somesones race up. But still a great track when you know how to get around. Nonetheless you made it to the finish line. :o I guess we're entering the RCGT Pro as a team although Tony has choosen to take a different approach by driving the 996. :suspect: He's on the reserve list as I understood it from his postings at RC. | |

| hi guys.
yes, I am on the reserve list but have been given an almost certain entry (just between us please, as I think RC is doing me a favor).
since we are driving without skins I thought I would drive the 996 as I have been driving it for the last two years at RC.

| Man if they keep this kind of racing alive I quit the RCGT Pro. Driving was suboptimal and you can't have standing starts with such cars, especially when there are multiple classes. | |
