Hi
Laguna Seca produced a thriller at the end. Here is a link to a race report on the “Planetlemans.com” site. There were some great sprints as the race ended. The best had to be Magnussen's dive into turn 2 at the bottom of the hill as he smoked his way past the BMW following a P2 through the corner for 2nd place. Though a little later on 2 PCs made a sandwich of a GT Porsche between T9 andT10 rated as a thriller, especially the guy on the outside that took the position.
It was a good race and I managed to watch at least ¾ of it as I was trying to absorb as much as I could of the track. Seems the Porsche teams were all happy with the new aero updates added since Long Beach but had a some bad luck during the race.
"Jeroen Bleekemolen drove storming stints to help give TRG its first GT Challenge victory of the season. The 2010 class co-champion (as part of Black Swan Racing) beat GMG Racing’s James Sofronas by 12 seconds at the finish. Bleekemolen drove the TRG Porsche 911 GT3 Cup with Bret Curtis and Emilio Di Guida."
